The following countries have been confirmed as taking part in Junior Eurovision 2014:

- Malta
- The Netherlands
- Russia
- Sweden

The following countries took part in an EBU meeting about the contest or sent a delegate to Junior Eurovision 2013:
- Cyprus
- Finland
- Germany
- Greece
- Ireland
- Italy
- Spain

Who else do you want to see in Junior Eurovision 2014?
